Visited Ositos today and had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Becca, who was absolutely lovely – she checked in on our meal, made sure everything was just right, and you could tell she genuinely cared about the service and our experience. The chef also came out to ask how our food was, which really stood out – it’s rare to see that level of personal attention, and it showed how much pride they take in their food. We were also really impressed by how kind and attentive Becca was with some elderly customers nearby. She went above and beyond to help them, and it didn’t go unnoticed. As for the food – absolutely delicious! It was beautifully presented, served hot, and arrived quickly without feeling rushed. All-round brilliant experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Very hungry when I got here and they didn't disappoint. A wide range of mexican food on the menu. I went for a burger "The Dirty One" with fries and it was delicious. A tasty hot chocolate complemented my burger nicely

Went with my mum for breakfast yesterday morning. Amazing price. Absolute incredible food and service. Lovely lady (unfortunately didn’t catch the name!) and mum said they had great selection of songs playing (in fairness they did..) five stars on everything! I had the ultimate cheese and ham toastie sandwich with some chips and my mum had the mini breakfast. Both amazing size portions and tasted so great.

Don’t be mislead by the un-ostentatious entrance, dive on in as who knew you would find such a wonderful gem in the middle of a lovely Welsh valley! They could not be more welcoming, they accommodated our son’s intolerance, the food was all delicious, the sangria was rocket fuel, the atmosphere was rustic relaxed, and it was very authentic and delicious. We drove home for 2 hours after this and you know what, we might drive back one day just to go back- we were made that welcome. Oh and Osito means little bear for those non Spanish speakers. Vamos Ositos. Gracias

Ordered a delivery close to closing on a Saturday night. I was expecting minimal food, profit over product, but I was completely wrong. Food was fantastic, flavourful, good portion sizes and made it through the delivery process still hot! Looking forward to the next one! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful meal this afternoon. All staff were very welcoming and the chef was very accommodating. Offered amazing vegan options and even offered off the menu items, it’s hard to find somewhere so local with so many options for vegans and vegetarians. Will definitely be back.
